When our body is tired our mind is tired, and sitting for many hours a day causes low energy expenditure, poor posture, and a multitude of other health issues. Our classes are specially designed to help re-energise your body and mind and help you stay at the very top of your game.
Incorporating weekly yoga into your routine has proven to be one of the most effective ways of helping relieve stress, feel refreshed and be more focused, resulting in the ability to make better decisions, be more productive, and have a more positive attitude towards work and life. We offer traditional yoga classes and chair yoga classes at our Brindleyplace studio, as well as at your workplace.
We also work with a variety of specialists offering talks and workshops that empower your staff, giving them the knowledge to take care of their mental health, understand the impact of nutrition, how to practice mindfulness at work, and a variety of other topics catered to suit the needs of your business.
