At this time of year, we are experience the light growing daily & the Earth's energy begins to rise

What do you wish to incubate & grow this New Year?


~ T O G E T H E R ~

We will share nourishing movement, oracle cards, aromatherapy oils, grounding meditations,

mudra's (hand positions), mantra (chanting), sound baths & yoga nidra.

Turning our energy inwards to listen & connect to our heart's deep core

& all it stores - our dreams & desires.

Along with sankalpa (intention setting), we will explore the power of thoughts, words,

the law of attraction & manifestation.

Cleansing & detoxifying yoga practices will be shared, wringing out old energy whilst creating

spaciousness within to welcome change & the new.

Igniting our inner agni (fire), to invigorate & awaken body, mind, spirit & senses.

Gentle nourishing movement will bring us home to our inner softness & truth.

Journeying through the chakras, allowing us to open up, connect with & honour our inner divinity

& many wonderful qualities we each hold, but sometimes forget.

The experience aims to give time & space for old trapped energy & patterns that do not serve us

to clear & disperse, whilst inviting in new prana (life force).

All abilities welcome! New or accustomed to yoga.

Mats will be provided, cushions & lavender eye pillows also.

Teas, refreshments & nibbles included.

Please bring comfy warm layers, an open heart & perhaps a blanket for coziness whilst nesting & resting.


We urge you to bring a pen & journal for later reflections too.


There will be time to connect & share with one another & be heard.

Start your weekend with a nourishing cup of herbal tea, an invigorating yoga class,

followed by coffee and brunch just across the square in Yorks Bakery Cafe at the Ikon Gallery.

The yoga class is lead by Michi is in the style of Mandala Vinyasa Yoga.

Mandala is a geometrical figure representing the Universe, normally starting with a circle inside a square, and Vinyasa can mean linking breath and movement in a conscious manner. The Mandala Vinyasa class is established on the 4 basic elements to bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air – and with their corresponding Chakra.

On the mat during Mandala Vinyasa, we will be integrating the spiral patterns of nature, as there is never perfection nor straight lines in nature, and exploring circular movements with our prana, the life energy.

Allow yourself to move beyond the poses and into the mental and emotional aspects of the practice.

Michela says 'I love teaching this sequence because it allows the students to experience a change in perception, encouraging them to think about other areas of their life where they may need a change in perspective.'

A Gong Meditation or 'Gong Bath' is a form of sound therapy where the Gongs are played in a therapeutic way to bring about total relaxation.

During the Gong Bath, the Gongs and Mallets are used to bring out the full spectrum of beneficial vibrations and frequencies. There can actually be 12 or more sound waves from just one strike of the gong.

Just as a body massage works out tight and knotted muscles, the "sonic massage" of a Gong Bath works out emotional issues that we need to release in order to move forward in life. The listener only has to let go and let the sound of the Gong do the work. The experience is effortless and the results profound.


The Gong is not actually classed as a musical instrument, and it is said to be


During this session we will lie down and get as comfortable as possible to enable us to fully relax into the experience. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but please feel free to bring any extra thick blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, eye covers, quilts, whatever you feel you need to be completely restful, comfortable and relaxed.

Throughout history and across all beliefs, some form of tradition is practiced to

welcome in a new beginning.

It is a form of cleansing, wiping the slate clean, renewing oneself, or preparing for a new period of life.  

It’s an offering to yourself and to the community that practices alongside you. 

Join us as we welcome the New Year together with this invigorating and liberating
practice. 108 is a significant number. Come and find out why at this workshop!

Set your intentions for the rest of the year with a celebratory practice 

and start off the year with gratitude and excitement.

We will also use intention setting, mantra (chanting), massage, mudra (hand positions)

and live music to help deepen this special practice.

Movement supports the cacao to flood our bloodstream & allows our energy & feelings to flow with freedom from within. Its properties are said to open the heart.
When raw, it is one of the most nutrient based foods known to man, containing over 300 chemical compounds. To name a few, it is bursting with vitamin C, iron, magnesium, calcium & hosts an array of

mood enhancing chemicals that release & transmit serotonin, creating a feeling of wellbeing.
Cacao has been used & cultivated since at least 2000BC, used within civilisations in the America's shamanically, ritualistically, as a plant medicine & for nutrition.

Share stories, move meditatively, celebrate sisterhood.

Join Harriet Elizabeth in this sacred, age-old ritual of women gathering together under the power of the Full Moon. We will move together, set intentions and share tea and stories while gathered around the divine altar.

The circle will be starting a new theme based on the book 'Women Who Run With The Wolves'  by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. This will be about reconnecting with our wild woman nature. You don't need to have read the book, but if you have/or would like to, Harriet will send the details of which chapter we will look at each month.

You can book the sessions individually or book all three February, March and April events.
